Nike Air Huarache “Scream Green”

The Nike Air Huarache Run "Scream Green" is a modern re-release of the model's original colorway from 1991. The Air Huarache Run was designed by Tinker Hatfield during what is considered as Nike's "golden era" of performance running sneakers. Contemporaries to the Air Huarache include the Nike Air Max 1, Air Max 90, and Air Max 180, among other celebrated designs. Unlike those shoes, however, the Air Huarache features a minimalist neoprene bootie construction. The design provides the wearer with a snug but comfortable fit. A true-to-original reinterpretation of the original "Scream Green," the contemporary release features white synthetic leather panels and mesh material on the toe. A Royal Blue and Scream Green colored neoprene detailing can be found on the tongue, mid-panel, and heel, respectively. A black and neon green TPU overlay highlights the look of the model's signature heel counter. The Nike Air Huarache Run "Scream Green" celebrates the forward-thinking silhouette's 30th anniversary in 2021.
